Discovering Your True Self

The Journey to Fulfillment

Life can be very interesting, filled with moments of satisfaction, pleasure, and fulfillment. But it can also be challenging, marked by trials, obstacles, and struggles. What I want you to understand is that the direction your life takes is determined by who you are. Understanding who you are is crucial, and this understanding comes from taking a conscious journey of self-discovery to uncover your authentic self.

When you are on a path of suffering, depression, and feeling out of control, it often stems from not truly knowing who you are. This sense of feeling lost is because you are lost within yourself. You don’t know the foundation of your current situation, and that begins with understanding yourself. The journey of self-discovery starts with questioning. Begin by asking yourself simple yet profound questions: "What do I want?" and "Who am I?" These questions don't require immediate answers but set you on the path to discovering those answers.

Recognize that inquiry is the first step of the journey, not the destination. There is no permanent final destination in the journey of self-discovery, spirituality, manifestation, and creating abundance and prosperity. This journey is ongoing. Every time you reach a certain landmark or goal, another one emerges, reaffirming who you truly are as the creator of your universe and reality.

To truly understand this, you must start with understanding your identity. Many say that your name, thoughts, and emotions aren’t who you are. While this is true to an extent, it's essential to understand that these are not false realities but different layers of your truth. Identifying your thoughts, emotions, and authentic feelings is crucial in beginning the process of unlocking who you are. These layers are necessary because your ego creates your identity to tether you to this physical realm of existence.

Your conscious mind, or higher mind, understands the oneness of everything, that you are one with all. But you must separate yourself from the ego's sense of self to connect with your conscious self. The process of self-discovery is necessary as the beginning phase of this spiritual journey. By distinguishing what was implanted in you as a child from your own unique thoughts, you start to unlock layers of your true self.

Understand that everything you consume, from the media to the food you eat, implants certain beliefs and thoughts. You must ask yourself if these thoughts and ways of being truly resonate with you. As you begin to question and separate from the false self, you start to tap into your true self. The inquiry into who you are is the beginning of self-awareness.

To help you on this journey, here is a simple exercise: when you look in the mirror each day, ask yourself, "Who am I?" and "What do I want?" Doing this every morning and night will help you unravel your subconscious and use your conscious mind to recognize which subconscious programs no longer serve you. This creates new patterns that resonate with your true self, the divinity within you.

Remember, this journey should be enjoyable. While it can be scary to let go of your false self, be excited about becoming your true self. When you are your most authentic self, life becomes more joyful, fulfilling, and exciting.

By asking yourself these questions daily, you will gain the insight, knowledge, success, and abundance you truly desire.
