Release the Old Story: A Guided Journey to Freedom, Truth, and Self-Remembrance

Release the Old Story: A Guided Journey to Freedom, Truth, and Self-Remembrance

Sometimes you carry thoughts, patterns, and emotions that no longer belong to you. They feel heavy, repetitive, and familiar—not because they're true, but because you've worn them for so long. This guided journey is here to help you gently take them off, return to your true self, and rewrite the story of your life from a place of peace, power, and presence.

Start by finding a quiet, safe space. Sit or lie down in a position that feels easy. Let your hands rest gently. Let your shoulders drop. Let your eyes begin to close.

Now take a deep breath. Hold it for a moment. Exhale slowly.

With every breath, begin to release tension. Let your body slow down. Imagine a wave of golden light flowing from the top of your head, like sunlight warming your forehead, softening your eyes, relaxing your jaw, your neck, your shoulders, and continuing all the way through your body—arms, chest, spine, hips, legs, and feet.

This is the space between thoughts. The space where real change begins.

Now, bring to mind a belief or emotional pattern you’ve carried for too long. Something you’ve told yourself quietly for years. Maybe it’s “I’m not enough,” or “People can’t be trusted.” Maybe it’s something else. You don’t need to fix it or fight it. Just observe it. Witness it like you’re watching an old movie that doesn’t move you anymore.

Now see this old belief as a piece of clothing—something you once wore to protect yourself. It served a purpose. But it no longer fits.

Breathe in deeply. And as you exhale, imagine gently peeling it off. Let it go from your energy. Let it fall from your identity.

Say silently to yourself:

“This is not me anymore. I choose a new truth.”

Now, step into a new version of yourself. A version that feels open, clear, and free. Say these new affirmations silently and gently:

I am free to think new thoughts.

I am safe to feel differently.

I am open to truth beyond my past.

I am not my history.

I am consciousness.

I am not broken. I am becoming.

I release control and embrace flow.

Now imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror—not a physical one, but a mirror of consciousness. In it, you don’t see your face—you see your essence. The version of you that existed before fear, before conditioning, before limitations. That version of you is smiling. Whole. Powerful. Clear. Waiting for you to come home.

Take a deep breath and step into that mirror. Merge with your truest self. Let it anchor. Let it lock in.

Now choose one small action or decision that reflects this new energy. It could be a thought, a word, or a change in how you respond. See yourself living from this new version of you. Say silently:

“This is who I am now. I am free.”

Every time you breathe deeply, feel peace, or choose joy—you are reinforcing this new reality.

Now it’s time to return. Feel the surface beneath you. Wiggle your fingers. Move your shoulders. When you’re ready, open your eyes. Let your new energy come with you.

You are not your past.

You are consciousness.

You are God in motion.

You are free.

If this shifted you, repeat it for the next 7 days. Watch how your thoughts soften, your energy aligns, and your life begins to reflect who you truly are.

Comment: I am free.

Peace and abundance always
