Abundance is the spiritual side—recognizing that everything you need is already available to you through Infinite Intelligence, God, or Source.
When you focus on abundance first, prosperity naturally follows. Abundance is your birthright; prosperity is the expression of it in the physical world.

Why Health Is the Foundation of Prosperity
Your body is your temple, the vessel that houses your consciousness. If your health is neglected, it affects every other area of life. That’s why fitness is more than exercise—it’s a spiritual practice.
Most mornings, I wake up between 4–7 AM and go for a run. I’m not chasing speed or records; I’m chasing consistency and discipline. Running teaches me to push through discomfort and silence the part of me that wants to quit. Each step builds resilience and confidence—two qualities essential for creating prosperity.
During my runs, I no longer listen to music. Instead, I use the time as moving meditation. I allow my thoughts to expand, I hold inner dialogues, and many of the ideas I later share in my books and videos are born on those runs.
