Creating Your Universe:

The Power of Conscious Existence

Living in this universe means more than just existing—it's about creating the universe you experience. Life is a gift, but it's not merely the gift of existence; it's the gift of creation. Your role in this reality, in this realm of existence, is to actively create the experience you are having.

You might wonder, how do you create your experience? The answer is beautifully simple: by existing and by recognizing that you are a conscious being. Your consciousness is aware, and through this awareness, you project a feeling, an understanding, and a perspective about your experience. The mere act of observing your experience changes it, defines it, and shapes it into something unique to you.

This is the essence of why people often say, "You are creating your own reality." It stems from this very concept. You view this reality, this experience, from your own unique lens—your consciousness. This lens, which could be identified as your core self, is what makes you uniquely you. Even though we share a collective experience of the universe, your particular point of view transforms what you experience into something entirely different from what others experience.

This understanding is one of the most profound insights of spirituality. When you realize that your point of view creates your experience, you begin to understand the incredible power you have. By changing and being mindful of your perspective, you change the experience itself. This concept is the foundation of the Law of Attraction and manifestation. All of life operates on this principle: nothing is truly objective; everything is perceived from the subjective point of view of your consciousness, influenced by the layers of your self—your ego, subconscious mind, and higher self.

Essentially, you create your reality by simply existing because your existence is based on your consciousness and self-awareness. Self-awareness means recognizing that you exist, and it's not just about existing but understanding that you exist on a deeper level. With this self-awareness comes the ability to see, understand, and create anything you desire.

Imagine the significance of this realization: if you are self-aware and can understand your existence, you can also create and shape your reality. You can have ideas, perspectives, definitions, understandings, concepts, and theories about everything you experience. This is why I say you are the god of your universe. You are not the god of my universe, and I am not the god of yours. You are the god of your universe because you are creating it by simply existing and practicing self-awareness.

As you navigate life, this concept may feel heavy, but it's actually quite simple. Think about the idea of you not existing—if you did not exist, everything would go blank. Nothing else would exist because you would not be here to experience it. You would not be able to define, explain, gain perspective, or see it from your unique angle.

When you grasp this understanding, you realize the immense power you have over your experiences. You are not just a passive observer of random events placed before you by something larger than yourself. You are experiencing these events because some aspect of you desires or needs you to experience them. In my teachings, I emphasize that these experiences are necessary to awaken the rest of you. Your consciousness is your guide, leading your ego, subconscious mind, and conscious mind through the tunnel of unawareness into a space of awakening and self-realization.

This is your mission—your objective in life. As you continue to experience life, you might wonder how your experiences differ from those of others, even when you share the same space and time. The reality is, you can be in the same moment with someone else, yet experience something completely different. You might experience something beautiful and uplifting, while the person next to you could experience something painful and challenging. It's all a matter of perspective, and this perspective drives your motivation, momentum, and actions.

This is why two people can have similar experiences but respond in entirely different ways. One person might feel inspired, confident, and proactive, while the other might feel doubtful, insecure, and afraid. It's what's happening within the layers of the self that shapes these responses. Recognizing that you have the ability to create any definition, any experience, and any outcome from a given situation empowers you to move forward and continue the momentum of creation.

So, understand this: your existence is you creating the very thing you are experiencing. You are in the universe, and therefore, you are constantly creating this universe. It’s a continuous loop. By contemplating this concept, you dive deeper into the understanding that you create your own reality by simply experiencing it.

The ability to observe and assign meaning to things is the seed from which you can grow your understanding that you have the power to change any perception or point of view. By proactively exploring where your beliefs and ideas come from—digging into your ego, subconscious mind, and conscious mind—you can use these insights as tools to create a path of success and fulfillment.

This concept may take time to fully grasp, but planting the seed of understanding is the first step. Recognize your power to observe, witness, and provide insight and definition from your unique perspective. This is the key to changing your experience and guiding yourself toward personal fulfillment and self-realization.
