Breaking Free from Seeking Permission
Embracing Your Divine Authority inspired by Rev Ike

One of the most significant barriers to your success and happiness is the unconscious habit of seeking permission from others. Many of you spend your lives waiting for approval to be, do, and have what you truly desire. This habit can be so ingrained that you might not even realize it's holding you back.
The Root of the Issue
Subconsciously, you may fear that achieving prosperity and success will offend someone. This fear can stem from various sources, including family dynamics. For instance, it's not uncommon for parents to feel jealousy or discomfort when their children surpass them. This can lead to a deep-seated belief that you need their permission to succeed.
Reflect on this: Have you ever sensed that your parents, consciously or unconsciously, were irritated or fearful of you exceeding their achievements? This can create an internal barrier where you feel you don't have the right to succeed without their approval.

Breaking the Cycle
To break free from this cycle, you must recognize and embrace your self-authorization. You don't need anyone's permission to be happy and successful. This realization is crucial in all relationships, whether with family, friends, or partners. Every relationship should enrich and encourage each other's growth and success.
Beware of relationships that hold you back. You should never feel obligated to let someone else drag you down. Instead, focus on becoming a self-authorized individual. As it is said, "Behold, I give you power." You have the authority to be the good you want to be, to do the good you want to do, and to have the good you want to have. Never give this authority to anyone else.
Avoiding Dependency
Another trap to avoid is depending on others for your happiness. If you rely on someone to make you happy, you also give them the power to make you sad. This dependency is a form of bondage. True freedom comes from having a joy that the world doesn't give and can't take away.
Many relationships, labeled as marriages or partnerships, are actually forms of bondage if they don't contribute to mutual growth and happiness. Depending on someone else to make you happy is just as binding as any other form of control.

You are divinely authorized to be happy. This self-authorization means you need only your permission to pursue your desires and achieve your goals. Stir up the power within you and declare:

"I am divinely authorized to be happy."
Repeat this affirmation daily to reinforce your self-authorization and break free from the need for external validation. Embrace your power and live a life of joy and prosperity, knowing that you are in control of your destiny.
Remember, you don't need anyone's permission to live the life you want. You are the author of your happiness and success. Take charge and exercise your divine authority today.
